Aim of the workshop To help participants (old and new members alike) get the best return from their BNI membership by understanding the basics. At the end of the workshop participants will: - Understand the referral confidence curve and the continual benefits of a 121. - Know how to use BNI tools to grow their business. - Create a 60 seconds that quickly educates fellow members about their business. - Recognise the benefit of VCP, Visibility, Credibility, Profitability. 2. Referral Skills Workshop
Aim of the workshop To help participants increase the quantity and quality of the referrals they give and receive. At the end of this workshop participants will: - Appreciate how Visibility, Credibility and Profitability are linked to giving and getting quality referrals. - Be able to identify referral opportunities. - Have a clear, step by step method for giving and getting referrals. - Be able to conduct focused and effective 1-2-1 meetings using a variety of tried and tested templates. 3. Networking Skills Workshop
Aim of the workshop To help participants grow their businesses by employing effective networking behaviours, tools and techniques. At the end of this workshop participants will : - Have identified a range of networking opportunities that are appropriate to their business. - Know what and how to prepare for any networking event. - Understand how to use online networking to enhance their business. - Know how to turn networking contacts into real business relationships. 4. Presentation Skills Workshop
Aim of the workshop To enable participants to present themselves and their business with confidence and impact. At the end of this workshop participants will be able to; - Design a short presentation that informs and engages the audience. - Use words and body language to create the right impression. - Deliver a short presentation with confidence and clarity. - Understand the benefit of using PowerPoint and props to enhance their presentations. 5. Social Media Workshop
Aim of the workshop: To help participants to understand what social media is, how it relates to them and how powerful it is. At the end of this workshop participants will: -Understand what social media is and how it relates to their business -Have a working knowledge of how to set up Twitter and LinkedIn -Be able to handle any negative comments -Have clarity on just how powerful a tool social media is Board Meeting-Director Consultants and Ambassadors
For Director Consultants and Ambassadors, or by personal invite. We will meet to discuss how to help chapters, share new ideas from conferences, and increase your own visibility within the Region. Leadership Team Development Lunch
1. Create an opportunity to meet with your fellow LT members from other chapters. 2. Give you the opportunity to present a 60 seconds about your business to the LT's of BNI. 3. Share best practice and build up new relationships. Networking Golf Day
The Golf Day will provide an excellent platform for some focused referral networking. To make the most of your day, please arrive around 8.30am, where you will be greeted with a bacon or veggie roll and refreshments. Registration will take place and the rules of play will be explained to you. Teams will consist of 4 (preferably using members from different Chapters). After returning from your round, there will be a hot 2 course lunch served in the clubhouse where you can discuss your game and network further with your fellow BNI members. |
